A Victoria University–led clinical study evaluating the skin response to a topical Queen Garnet Plum extract cream in adults with mild to moderate eczema.
The purpose of this study is to examine skin response to a topical Queen Garnet Plum extract cream in adults with mild to moderate eczema using non-invasive skin assessments and clinical imaging under controlled clinical conditions.
You may be eligible to take part if you:
• Are an adult aged 18-45 years
• Have mild to moderate eczema
• Are able to attend weekday clinic visits
Who cannot Participate
You may not be able to take part if you:
• Are under 18 or over 45 years of age
• Have severe eczema
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Have a known allergy to plum
• Are using systemic immunosuppressants or strong steroids
• Have other significant skin conditions
Final eligibility will be confirmed during screening.
If you take part, you can expect to:
• Complete an online screening form
• Attend the VU Dermal Clinic for study visits
• Use the study cream twice daily for 12 weeks
• Attend monthly visits for eczema assessment using non-invasive skin tests and clinical imaging
• Record weekly eczema symptoms using the study app
The study team will guide you throughout participation.

• Non-invasive skin condition assessments during clinic visits
