1. Are the registration and transfer fees included in the purchase price?
Yes, registration and transfer fees are included. However, please note that bond registration fees are excluded.

2. Will my R5,000 deposit be refunded if I decide to cancel?
The deposit is refundable only if your bond application is unsuccessful. If your bond is approved, the R5,000 will be applied towards your bond registration fees. Should you choose to cancel or not proceed with the approved bond, the deposit will be forfeited.

3. What are the estimated monthly levies?
Monthly levies will vary depending on the unit size. These start at R500 and will not exceed R950 per month.

4. Is The One Secunda a security complex?
Yes. The development will feature electric fencing along the boundary wall, monitored security cameras, and controlled access to ensure residents' safety.

5. What is included in the purchase price?
The following items are included:

• Gas oven and stove

• Solar geyser

6. What is excluded from the purchase price?
The following items are not included:

• Security gates and burglar bars

• Blinds or curtain rails

• Bathroom cabinets and mirrors

• Gas bottle

• Municipal connection fees

7. Will I be able to choose the internal finishes of my unit?
Yes. Once your bond is approved and the bank guarantee has been received, a representative from Property Plus will contact you to discuss your available finish options.
