PMMFPF Policy

This is our policy

1. We are not responsible for any potential gaming addiction.

2. We are not responsible for suspicious, sexually suggestive, or strange (shaped) folders. We therefore encourage our employees to do this as little as possible.

   1. Staff will only do this at the request of their immediate boss. (the Big/sector boss)

3. By visiting our website, you automatically agree to our policy. 

   1. If you do not wish to agree to our website without objecting to any of our rules, please click on the button above for that purpose.

   2. If you do not agree with the policy, please leave your name in the Google Forms above.

      1. The only thing we can offer you then is to adjust our policy as much as possible. This way, everyone can comfortably play Our Maps.

4. People who win our events by cheating will be automatically disqualified and will lose any mention of their name on our website.

   1. If you no longer receive a name mention, you will automatically be dismissed if you are an employee.

   2. If you no longer receive name recognition, you will lose all your first records. The record will then go to the person in second place.

   3. in an event, in the event of cheating, the event will be won by the person in second place

      1. Even though this will only be announced later, the prize will be re-made and awarded to the right person.

   4. You will therefore never be able to earn records on the website again.

5. The big boss is only responsible for the sector bosses (see mention on website).

6. The sector bosses are only responsible for those who work directly for them (see mention on website).

7. If staff repeatedly perform poorly/late/inappropriately, they will be dismissed.

8. We have permission to automatically receive your email address for some Google forms that we use.

   1. This is always stated in the description.

9. No one other than the website reporter(s) and/or website editor(s) are responsible for the records page.

   1. The website reporters can only report issues to the sector manager responsible for website maintenance or to the website editors. They therefore have little influence over whether or not the records are amended.

   2. The Website editors can edit the website but cannot put it online. The only ones who can do this are the Big Boss and the sector boss of Website maintenance. So don't be angry with the website editors if the records are not edited.

10. Because we want to update our website ourselves and not use AI, not all records will be updated 24/7, which means that the information on our website may not always be accurate. As we are only human, we cannot be held responsible for this.

11. We are not responsible for inappropriate names. People with names that you consider inappropriate will therefore be named.

    1.  If it is verified that this is a member of staff, we will force the member of staff to change their name.
