A/C tune up 

Air Conditioning Maintenance 

Check the thermostat to ensure that is accurate and functioning properly

Check all electrical components, relays, capacitors, circuit boards, and motor amp draws

Lubricate motor bearings as needed

Flush condensate drains & clean pumps

Test condensate safety switches 

 Replace customer supplied air filter 

Check blower assembly to ensure it is clean. Cleaning of blower motor/ Wheel "not included" 

Check UV bulb operation 

Clean condenser coil 

Clean condenser cabinet

Check evaporator coil if dirty.  Cleaning of indoor coil "not included"

Check refrigerant levels 

Measure temperature across the evaporator unit

Measure volts and amps of the compressor and fan motor

Tighten all electrical connections at the electrical disconnect and in the condenser
