I am a research professor at the Department of Chemical Engineering, Laboratory for Advanced Electrochemical System, Sungkyunkwan University, South Korea. Our team does research on the MOF-derived nanoporous carbon and its hybrid composite material for energy storage and conversion applications at Prof. Chan Hwa Chung's lab. We are testing the multidisciplinary approaches that encompass the uses of MOF-derived nanoporous carbon for energy-related research areas such as supercapacitors, water splitting, Zn-air batteries, Zn-ion batteries, CO2 reduction reaction (CRR), and Li-S batteries.
