I waited more than a year after JC Roofing worked on our roof to submit this review, as I wanted to make sure the roof would make it through a rainy season. To address a problematic roof with several leaks, JC Roofing removed the existing tiles, installed a new underlayment, and re-installed the tiles. Since some inevitable breakage occurs when tiles are removed, Juan found a sufficient number of nearly matching tiles, even though the tiles on our house weren't made anymore, prior to beginning work. Juan spent considerable time explaining options, including the considerably more expensive option of going with new tiles. The work was done when promised, and we were happy with the result.
