Our On-Site Maintenance Services, focuses on helping our customers with all their facility maintenance and capital project needs through our field maintenance teams. Periodically the facility maintenance manager in a plant will need additional help or a specific skill set to accomplish preventative maintenance tasks or capital projects at hand in order to minimize downtime – that’s when we come in to help! Our machine shop, fabrication shop and field teams work in tandem in order to give our clients the versatility needed to complete the uniquest of jobs.

Ø METAL & POLYPROP FABRICATION

Fabrication is the process of constructing products by combining typically standardized parts using one or more individual processes. For example, steel fabrication is the production of metal structures using a range of processes such as cutting, bending and assembling.

Ø PNEUMATIC GOODS SUPPLIER AND FITTERS

Pneumatic systems used in industry are commonly powered by compressed air or compressed inert gases. A centrally located and electrically-powered compressor powers cylinders, air motors, pneumatic actuators, and other pneumatic devices. A pneumatic system controlled through manual or automatic solenoid valves is selected when it provides a lower cost, more flexible, or safer alternative to electric motors and hydraulic actuators.

Ø MACHINE SERVICING + REFURBISHMENT

Our servicing and refurbishing involves functional checks, servicing, repairing or replacing of necessary devices, equipment, machinery, building infrastructure, and supporting utilities in industrial and business installations.

Ø PUMP REPAIRS AND SERVICING

Pump repairs is necessary to reduce the operating costs of pumping and to prevent corrosion in the pumps. Pump repairs may be performed when there are changes in sound of a running pump, abrupt changes in bearing temperatures, and seal chamber leakage of a pump.
