Submission Guidelines:Prepare manuscript as per the guidelines given in "Instruction to Authors". Manuscript (in MS word document) should be sent to the editor as e-mail attachment along with scanned copy (JPEG, JPG or PDF file) of duly filled and signed "cover letter".
Article structurePlease adhere to the following order of presentation: Article title, Author(s), Affiliation(s), Abstract, keywords, Main text, Acknowledgements, References, Figure, Tables.
Manuscript TextManuscript should be typed in "Times new roman" , Font size: 12 and with single spacing, on A4 size paper, with 0.75" margins on left and right and 1.0" margins on top and bottom.
Title pageThe title page should include the Title of the manuscript, author's name(s), and affiliations.
TitleTitle should be short and informative, not exceeding 45 characters.
Author names and affiliationsProvide names of all the authors and indicate all affiliations with a lower-case superscript letter immediately after the author's name and in front of the appropriate address. Provide the full postal address of each affiliation, including the country name and, if available, the e-mail address of each author.
Corresponding authorClearly indicate (with asterisk mark in superscript) who will handle correspondence at all stages of refereeing and publication, also post-publication. Ensure that phone numbers (with country and area code) are provided in addition to the e-mail address and the complete postal address.
Abstract The abstract should state briefly (Maximum 250 words) the purpose of the research, the principal results and major conclusions. References should be avoided in the abstract.
KeywordsProvide 3- 6 keywords.
Introduction State the objectives of the work and provide an adequate background
Material and methodsProvide sufficient detail to allow the work to be reproduced.
Results and DiscussionResults should be clear and concise. This should explore the significance of the results of the work, not repeat them.
Conclusions The main conclusions of the study may be presented in a short conclusions section.
Tables and Figures:Tables and figures should be inserted in between the text itself at appropriate places.
TablesUse the table function, to make tables. All tables are to be numbered using Arabic numerals. Tables should always be cited in text in consecutive numerical order. For each table, please supply a table caption (title). Footnotes to tables (if any) should be indicated by superscript lower-case letters (or asterisks for significance values and other statistical data) and included beneath the table body.
Figures and GraphsFigures and graphs should have good resolution; acceptable formats are JPEG and TIFF. Graphs prepared in excel sheets must be converted to an image (TIFF or JPEG format). All figures are to be numbered using Arabic numerals. Figures should always be cited in text in consecutive numerical order. Figure parts should be denoted by lowercase letters (a, b, c, etc.).
Figure CaptionsEach figure should have a concise caption (title) describing accurately what the figure depicts. Include the captions in the text file of the manuscript, not in the figure file.
AcknowledgmentsThe source of any financial support received for the work being published must be indicated in the Acknowledgments section.
References
Citation in textPlease ensure that every reference cited in the text is also present in the reference list (and vice versa). Unpublished results and personal communications are not recommended.
Reference styleText: Indicate references by number(s) in square brackets [ ] in the text. Number the references in the list in the order in which they appear in the text.

Nomenclature and units Follow internationally accepted rules and conventions: use the international system of units (SI).
After Acceptance:Article processing charges:Each accepted paper is required to pay processing charge as International Journal of Pharma Bioscience and Technology (IJPBST) is an open access journal and thus if the manuscript is accepted for publication, the authors will have to pay a article processing charge of INR 10000 (for manuscripts from India) or $ 150 US dollar (for manuscripts from other countries).
Galley Proofs:Once the papers are accepted for publication, the galley proofs will be sent to the corresponding author and should be returned with one week of receipt via e-mail. Corrections should be restricted to typesetting errors.
Copyright Transfer FormThe Copy Right Transfer form can be downloaded from the website and should be sent to the editor after being duly signed by the authors and co-authors. Paper will not be published unless the copyright transfer form is submitted.
Off-prints:Offprint's of published journal issues will not be sent to authors, however the articles will be available free of charge on the website.
