Frank is the CEO and Managing Partner for Cook Consultants. He is a certified Change Management Professional and holds the CCMP designation. He also holds his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt as well as various other belts. Frank has over a decade of industry experience in Change Management and Project Management with several global multi-subsidiary projects in multiple industries ranging from Healthcare to Education.

Frank has been a keynote speaker at multiple conferences on the topic of Change Management, most recently IOFM (Institute of Finance and Management) at the 2021 conference. Frank was the keynote speaker for the Esker Americas User Conference in 2019, and National Association of Credit Management in 2020.

Frank has designed and implemented many smart home features in his own home, and has the experience of not only design, but also installation. He is aware of the infrastructure needed when building or retro-fitting existing structures to incorporate smart elements and strives to provide a working environment for all smart devices. He is guided by a principal of technology aiding in your life and making it easier for you to focus on what matters most.

Outside of work, Frank is an avid outdoorsman and dedicated family man. He enjoys getting outside and enjoying nature with his friends and family.
