You may make payments in one lump sum or variable throughout the year.

Eftpos is also available at the finance office.
If you wish to pay by cheque, could you please place your cheque in an envelope with your child’s name, room no, amount and what it is for on it. This can be given to your child to forward to school or please feel free to visit the Finance Office.
CHEQUE is the preferred payment to cash if your child is carrying money to school.
If you are having any concerns or difficulty with payments, please contact our Finance Officer in confidence.
The Board of Trustees endeavors to keep the cost to parents as low as possible. All payments made to the school will be used for the benefit of your child.
SCHOOL DONATION
This payment is voluntary and qualifies you for a receipt that can be used to claim on an IRD tax return . We use this donation to provide extra equipment such as sports gear/ subsidised travel costs and materials and resources to assist classroom programmes. Your support in paying this donation is appreciated and benefits our students
SPECIALIST CONTRIBUTION
This contribution is charged so that we can deliver a specialised curriculum to support student options.
There may be additional costs for outdoor education programmes that involve travel, accommodation and food. e.g. outdoor education fees, school camps, day field trips and overnight excursions. 2017 will be a camp year. Music and some sports options have a cost. These music and sports fees selectives are optional and are offered as choices.
If your child does participate a permission slip will need to be signed and payment made before the commencement of the activity. Alternatively arrangements can be made via automatic payment
