In particular, try dragging a .jpg of one of your maps (or some other map you find) to the Extract Theme tab (https://color.adobe.com/create/image) to ‘extract’ the major colors from the map image and then check out the Color Wheel Gradient, and Accessibility tabs…
Or you can bring in any other image you have (like a photo of you favorite house or flower or art work) to extract the colors…
