• Department Public Roster - The public roster that logs your patrol hours and displays your certifications

• Server 1 Uniform and Vehicle Structure - The structural databases for the department. 

• Server 2 Uniform and Vehicle Structure - The structural databases for the department. 

• Medical Protocols - Medical Protocols to follow throughout both servers

• Hospital Care System - Guide to which hospitals are available for use in San Andreas and their respective Trauma Levels.

• Guide Hub - A hub for all guides relating to Municipal Fire & EMS

• Policy Hub - List of all MFE Policies. 

FORMS

• Activity Log - Used to log Patrol and Administrative Hours for the Department.

• Roster Update Form - This MUST be filled out by new members of the Department.

• Commend and Complaint Form - Use this form to report someone, or praise them in the department.

• MFE Member Feedback Form - Any members within the Municipal Fire & EMS can fill out this form to provide MFE Administration feedback about the Department.

SERVER WIDE DOCUMENTS

• LOA Form - Use this form when you are going LOA.

• Dual Clan Notification Form - If you are in another Whitelisted FiveM Server, you MUST fill out this form.
