Action Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month, 7:30-9 pm. Generally we hold Action meetings online via Zoom. Details will be posted in our private Facebook group.
We participate in, support and organize local and regional events. We focus on supporting organizing efforts that are led by communities of color and/or people of color led organizations.
In between planned events, we individually commit to showing up for racial justice. That could mean continuing our own education on systemic racism (i.e. watching a documentary or reading a book), meeting with another white person to discuss issues of race, committing to contacting government representatives on a racist policy … the options are limitless. Members share resources and reports in our private Facebook group.
