i) For speakers coming from abroad: On the morning of February 24, around 9:00 a.m., a hotel shuttle bus is scheduled to depart for Otaru-Chikkō Station from the hotel.

  ii) For your presentaion:

• A Windows PC will be set up in the venue for PDF presentations.

• The projector will be connected using an HDMI cable.

• You can also make presentations using your own PC or tablet. Please prepare your own tablet connector/adapter.

• Please note that connections from Mac computers may be unstable depending on the adapter/cable and display settings. If you plan to use a Mac, please bring your presentation file on a USB flash drive as a backup.

• If you plan to present using PowerPoint, please use your own laptop.
