It all started in a small house in South Orange County (Orlando) Florida. Having worked as a Commercial / Industrial electrician for several contracting firms throughout Central Florida for many years, Mario Martinez decided to start his own Miscellaneous Contracting business. After several years of struggle, Mario took a chance on rapid growth for his small company and sought new business with major players in the populous Central Florida area.

Growing his small company into what would become a dominant force in the Commercial Facility Services sector, Mario devised a "hail-Mary" strategy to garner more business. It took many long and painstaking years for his strategy to come to fruition. But his dedication, hardwork and patience finally paid off.

By 2015 Mario had a list of clients and customers exceeding 200+ and growing! He took a 1200 s.f. office on the 2nd floor in the Maitland Commons building where he had provided minor electrical and plumbing services. With an office staff of two highly qualified professionals, and a field staff of six extremely experienced trade-workers, Service Contractor is always ready to take on your next project, whether large or small.
