West Valley Wrestling

Together with Shasta High school, our goal was to bring the Masters Wrestling Tournament back to the Redding Civic Center for the first time since 2020! This prestigious event draws athletes from over 35 schools and would be a huge boost for our local wrestling community. Together, our programs did raise the necessary funds to cover the facility costs, but unfortunately, dispite our collective effot, the City of Redding was unable to make the Civic Center available due to budget constraints and operational shutdowns that were beyond our control. We share your disappointment, as our goal was to bring the Masters back to the civic and to a larger, centrally located venue that could better showcase our athletes and progarms. However, we are fully committed to providing an excepional tournament experience at Shasta High School, and are confident that the 2026 Masters with continue the proud tradition of the NSCIF wrestling. Donations are still welcome to help WV & SHS 2026 Masters tournament.
