Partner Educator Information

Partner teachers will receive a (tentative) $300 stipend for each course they complete in full (all 4 modules, approximately 4 hours in total). The number of courses each teacher can complete will be determined by the WVSU department. In order to receive the stipend, you must complete the following, as outlined by WVSU R&D and our department:

1. BEFORE YOU TEACH: You must complete a contractual agreement form and W9. These will be sent to you upon your submission of the sign-up form, or upon request via email. Please email completed forms to eden.hodges@wvstateu.edu and wait for approval before scheduling your course. Failure to do so will result in no payment. 

2. Submit the educator post-survey (note: the survey requires submission of at least 1 photo from the course)

3. Have your students submit the student participant post-survey.

After completion of the requirements, please allow up to three weeks for your payment to be mailed to the address you specify in your post-survey.
