Which logins do I still manage? This WVES DOCUMENT , WVMS DOCUMENT or WVHS DOCUMENT will show you which apps are now managed by Clever and which you still need to create accounts for (access to these requires login with your school Google account).

The "new look" for IC has a more streamlined layout and better organization than the legacy dashboard.
The PLP tab can be a great place to update a student's record to document contact with a parent, whether it be a phone conference, email or face-to-face meeting. Not all parent contact would be documented here, but if the contact is about a new or continuing issue that your principal might want to be able to see details about, it is a good idea to document that here.

There are several different kinds of messages you can send in IC. There are two form letter emails, one
being an email to parents detailing the students’ current grade (Grades Message), and the other being
an email detailing any missing assignments (Missing Assignments Message).
