Biography

Background[CV.pdf]

My roles

As a captain of Air Force (Teaching in Medical College)

As a faculty of National Defense Medical Center

As a researcher of College and Hospital

At first, I want to share my opinion in this article and express my reflections on the past year and my hopes for this year. Research is a charming, exciting, and inspiring journey that requires a lot of effort, but often does not meet our expectations.
I work hard day after day, but in the end, it sometimes feels like I have nothing to show for it.

It can be disheartening when we don't get the significant results we hope for in our research. Science research can be a difficult and disappointing journey, leaving us feeling a sense of grief that is hard to overcome. Therefore, it's crucial to find ways to stay motivated and focused on our goals, even when it seems like we're not making progress.

Over time, I have discovered that finding small accomplishments along the way can help me stay motivated, even if they're not directly related to publication or significant achievements. I keep trying new things and testing different methods, but the results are not always what I hoped for. Someone once told me that the road to success is long, but it depends on our attitude and perseverance.

Therefore, I want to encourage those who, like me, have experienced depression, sorrow, and feelings of hopelessness. Life is a long journey, and we need to keep pushing forward, even when things get tough. We should never regret the choices we make, and we should always appreciate those who have been a part of our lives.

Finally, I want to wish everyone the best of luck in their endeavors. Keep fighting until you reach your goals, and don't be afraid to pick yourself up and try again. You never know what opportunities the future may hold, so stay positive and stay focused on your goals.

Sincerely yours,

Demi
