FIRST MEETING OF THE YEAR

Everyone is welcome — really! Whether you've been part of W.T. White for years or you're brand new to the Longhorn community, we’d love to have you join us.

Our Booster Club meetings are currently held at Jake’s in Addison and are casual, come-as-you-are gatherings. We sit together at a large table, and food and drinks are not provided by Booster Club — everyone simply keeps their own check. Some people make it dinner, some grab an appetizer, some have a beer or glass of wine, and others just order a Diet Coke. There is absolutely no expectation to order food.

7:00 PM — Arrive & Get Settled
Come in, find the Booster Club table, grab a seat and order something if you'd like.

7:10–7:30 PM — Booster Business
We’ll start promptly at 7:10 and keep the official business portion to about 20 minutes. We'll cover updates, upcoming events, ways Booster Club can support our athletic programs, and anything requiring member input.

7:30 PM & After — Stay, Visit & Connect
Once business is finished, you're welcome to head home or stick around! This is our chance to actually get to know one another, meet parents from other sports and grades, ask questions, share ideas, and build a stronger Longhorn community.

Coming by yourself? New to W.T. White? Don't know anyone yet? Come anyway. Pull up a chair — there’s a place for you at the table.
