Dr.Phanwatt (Ajarn. Arm) is now an Associate Professor in the Environmental Engineering Program and Assistant Dean in Administration at Faculty of Engineering, Khon Kaen University. He received his Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering (1st Hon) from Khon Kaen University and a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering and Management from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) supported by Royal Thailand Government (RTG) Scholarship. He obtained his Ph.D. in Urban Environmental Engineering from The University of Tokyo with support from School of Engineering Scholarship, The University of Tokyo (SEUT Grant for International Students). Dr.Phanwatt conducted postdoctoral research at Research Center for Water Environmental Technology (RECWET), The University of Tokyo, before moving to Environmental Engineering Program, at Khon Kaen University in November 2017. Dr.Phanwatt was a program director of Bachelor in Environmental Engineering from 2018-2022. Since 2023, Dr.Phanwatt serve as an assistant dean for administration, Faculty of Engineering, Khon Kaen University.
