WTRSWD is committed to providing economical sewer service to current and future residents of Whitewater Township of Hamilton County.
WTRSWD likes to keep it's valued customers up to date on their current fees and charges for sewer services. Below you will find the most recent schedule that WTRSWD uses to determine the fees and rate information.
To defray some of the cost of operating the WTRSWD, the Board of Trustees has established a rate structure which adds 20% to the individual users MSD sewer bill.
*WTRSWD's Tap Fee payment is 37.5% of the Annual MSD Sewer Rate Tap Fee
Since its establishment in 2000, the WTRSWD has successfully directed the construction and funding of much needed sanitary sewer projects within Whitewater Township. These projects include:
US 50 / SR128 commercial development – Complete
Miamitown Local Sewers – Complete
Miamiview Acres Subdivision - Complete
Glendower Subdivision – Complete
I-74 Crossing – Complete
SR128 Collection System - Phase I Design – On-going
The WTRSWD has accomplished this effort under an Interdistrict Agreement with Cincinnati MSD which provides a framework for expanding sewer service to Whitewater Township residents with treatment facilities. This arrangement provides the most cost-effective sanitary sewer service to eliminate environmental problems caused by failing on-lot systems and provides the infrastructure necessary to foster economic development.
