To represent Traditional Health organizations from around the world and  unite and provide a common forum for all lovers, followers, Traditional teachers and practitioners of the Science of Traditional Health -Science, and to enable them to improve their prospectus especially technically, educationally and economically as well as is to promote, support and advance the global traditional health profession

To preach, teach and propagate with a view to bring home to every individual the facts that healthy living is a Divine Boon and Right of every individual, that healthy living is the best insurance against sickness or disease, ,only means of raising the level of health for personal as well as collective peace, prosperity and happiness, ,Science for practice of which one need not have dependence of any sort. 

The WTHO supports regulation and recognition of the Traditional Health Practice workforce, promotes accreditation and the highest in educational standards for the global Traditional Health profession and encourages and supports Traditional Health research.
