My culinary journey started where many great stories do: in the heart of my family’s kitchen. Alongside my sister, I discovered the joy of baking and experimenting with flavors. Though yeast breads initially proved challenging, my passion for creating delicious food never wavered.
Years later, a simple question — "What is the absolute best bread for French toast?" — reignited that spark. Countless trials and a newfound love for challah bread later, I realized that French toast deserved more than just a single, predictable flavor.
That's when the magic happened. Infusing my challah with fresh, seasonal fruits, I transformed a classic breakfast dish into a multi-sensory experience. The result? "What the French Toast," a catering business dedicated to making your mornings memorable.
