Registration and Hospitality: Keyana Walston and Sydney Meeks
Volunteers in this role are the first point of contact for families and guests. They will manage check-in and check-out, greet families with warmth, guide them through the space, and answer any questions they may have. They will also help ensure volunteers are informed and supported throughout the day. This role requires attentiveness, a friendly demeanor, and presence during arrival and dismissal windows.
Facilitator: Kellie Riegel
Facilitators lead the teaching and engagement for a designated age group, using prepared content to guide students through lessons and activities. They serve as the primary point of contact for students in their group, helping them feel welcome and connected. Facilitators will work closely with monitors and support teams to maintain a smooth flow of the day. This role requires preparation in advance and full-day participation.
Moderator: Kellie Riegel
Moderators accompany their assigned group of students throughout the day, supporting facilitators during sessions and ensuring safety and order during transitions. They build rapport with students, assist with small group needs, and serve as an extra set of hands and eyes. Moderators will rotate with their group to all scheduled stations. Commitment includes full-day attendance and active involvement.
Games: Quinderra Spellman
Game team members plan and lead high-energy, age-appropriate games for each group of students. They create a fun and inclusive atmosphere while ensuring safety and engagement during each game session. Volunteers must be energetic, organized, and able to adapt as needed. This role requires being outdoors and/or in open spaces for most of the day.
Floater: Toney Alston and Rena Spellman
Floaters are flexible team members who are “on call” throughout the day to help wherever needed. They may assist in classrooms, support volunteers on break, deliver supplies, or provide one-on-one support for students. This role requires attentiveness, adaptability, and a helpful spirit. Full-day availability is preferred to respond to shifting needs.
Food: Natalie Bess and Faye McWilliams
The food team prepares, serves, and cleans up meals or snacks during designated times. Volunteers help set up food stations, distribute items efficiently, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards. They may also assist in organizing water breaks or refreshment stations. Food team members serve during key meal/snack periods with setup and cleanup duties before and after.
Arts and Crafts
These volunteers will help guide students in creative projects during craft time. Working alongside the facilitator and monitor, they assist with materials, demonstrate techniques, and encourage students’ creativity. They help ensure that each group stays on task and finishes their craft. Volunteers should enjoy hands-on activities and be available during designated craft rotation times.
Hype Team: Jassmin Clark and Kaitlyn Bryant-Jacobs
The hype team leads worship and praise moments through music, dance, and crowd engagement. Volunteers must bring energy, encouragement, and a heart for worship as they help students actively participate. This role includes stage presence, leading chants, and supporting transitions with movement and excitement. Availability during morning rallies and transitions is essential.
VIBES Team: Tristan Hunter
This team manages outdoor fun, including time on inflatables, snacks, and playground supervision. Volunteers guide students safely through each activity and help maintain structure and joy. They monitor hydration and breaks while creating an exciting vibe. This role requires being outdoors, staying alert, and helping children stay safe while having fun.
