Phi Delta Theta

As a fraternity we are fully compliant with the new law passed by the state of Washington ``Sam's law" being enacted this following school year. According to RCW 28B.10.900 Sam's Law: No violations of policies have been found in the last five years. The law is named after Sam Martinez who was a member of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity, his life was taken from him due to alcohol-induced hazing. As a fraternity, we follow Sam's Law. Hazing is not tolerated in our chapter of Phi Delta Theta, and we have a zero-tolerance policy. For more on Sam's Law information click the link below.
