Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how a read-only Chrome browser extension (“the Extension”) handles information when you use it. The Extension helps you view public Solana market and network data, look up addresses and transactions, and manage local preferences. It is not a wallet and does not collect seed phrases, private keys, or passwords.

What the Extension does not do

It does not connect to or control your wallet.

It does not sign or broadcast transactions.

It does not move, custody, or trade digital assets.

It does not run its own backend servers for your personal data.

Information stored on your device

The Extension may store small amounts of data only locally on your computer, using Chrome’s extension storage (storage permission). This can include, for example:

Theme (dark/light) and language preference

Selected RPC mode and the last public endpoint that responded successfully

An optional private RPC URL and API key if you choose to enter them in settings

Up to ten saved Solana addresses you add yourself

Recent lookup history, your last searched address, and light UI state so the popup reopens sensibly

You can clear saved addresses, history, and inputs from the Extension menu. Uninstalling the Extension removes locally stored data associated with it. We do not receive this local data unless you separately send it to us (for example by email).

Information sent over the internet

To show prices, network statistics, balances, token lists, and transaction details, the Extension sends HTTPS requests to independent third-party services (public market data APIs and public Solana RPC / node providers). The domains involved are shown in Chrome’s permission prompt before installation; the Extension does not use hidden endpoints beyond those declared permissions.

Requests may include data you explicitly ask to look up, such as:

A public Solana address

A transaction signature

Standard JSON-RPC queries for network health, slots, blocks, and related public chain data

Blockchain addresses and transaction signatures are already public on the network; the Extension only retrieves what you request. If you configure a private RPC URL, requests (and an optional Bearer API key you provide) are sent only to that URL.

When your device contacts third-party services, those providers may process technical data such as your IP address, user agent, and timestamps under their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.

Optional private RPC settings

If you enter a private RPC endpoint or API key, those values are kept in local extension storage on your device and used solely to perform read-only queries you initiate. You are responsible for choosing a provider you trust and for any terms that provider applies.

Analytics and advertising

The Extension does not include third-party advertising libraries. It is not designed to build marketing profiles about you. Any telemetry would come only from normal web server logs of the public APIs and RPC endpoints you contact, governed by those operators.

Children

The Extension is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International users

Third-party APIs and RPC nodes may process data in countries other than yours. By using the Extension, you understand that public network requests may cross borders according to those providers’ infrastructure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Extension after an update means you accept the revised policy.
