We are delighted to announce the Ninth International Webinar on “Recent Trends in Statistical Theory and Applications-2024 (WSTA-2024)” in conjunction with the Seventh Annual Convention of “Statistics Fraternity Kerala (SFK)” and the National Statistics Day Celebrations-2024. This event is scheduled to be held online from June 29 to July 2, 2024. It is organized by the International Statistics Fraternity in collaboration with the Indian Society for Probability and Statistics (ISPS), the Kerala Statistical Association (KSA), and the Department of Statistics, School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, University of Kerala, Trivandrum.
Eminent statisticians from across the globe, specializing in key areas of statistics, will be delivering talks. The webinar will cover a wide range of topics in statistics, with a special focus on:

The event also aims to honor the contributions of eminent Indian statisticians such as Professor P. C. Mahalanobis, Professor C.R. Rao, Professor S.N. Roy, Professor D. Basu, Professor U.S. Nair, Professor K.C.S. Pillai, Professor K.R. Nair, Professor A.M. Mathai, and Professor J.K. Ghosh.
In celebration of National Statistics Day-2024, a national level online quiz competition, “Professor T.S.K. Moothathu Memorial Quiz Competition 2024” will be organized for Higher Secondary, Under Graduate, Graduate students studying Statistics and Mathematics.
