Day in Durham
The first stop was Li Ming's Global Market, where students browsed and shopped the Chinese and other Asian goods.
The next stop was a nearby outdoor park where students and staff did a variety of games, and even had a Taichi class led by Bonnie Wang.
After fun in the park, it was time for a delicious meal at Happy China!
kōng xīn cài (空心菜) - Hollow Heart vegetable, or "water spinach" was a special treat! The dry pot meal above also had a special ingredient.
Our last stop was back to the park for a "Dragon Dance" workshop.
The entire day was so much fun!
