This is our annual carnival hosted at WS Ryan ES. It is organized by the WS Ryan PTA and held after school. Family and friends are invited to join us. This is NOT a drop-off event. Parents / Guardians must remain with the child on campus.
The Festival offers WS Ryan's PTA an opportunity to fundraise by hosting activities. Students and famliies will use tickets to participate in all activities. Most students purchase between 30-40 tickets.
Order forms will go home the week prior to the Fall Festival. Forms can be turned into teachers and tickets will go home in an envelope with the child. Tickets purchased using a form on TBD have tickets held at WS Ryan and will be available at Will-Call (look for Ticket Sales)
In Person Ticket Sales will be held Wednesday (TBD) - Friday (TBD) at the front of the school from 7:15-7:45 am.
Cash, Checks, and Card payment methods are all accepted. Please note that card payments will include a credit card processing fee.
Volunteers are family, friends, or community partners who can contribute a few hours to host a booth. Ages 11 and up are all welcome!
If Volunteer hours are needed, we will have certificates of completion available.
All Volunteers will receive either a Meal Deal voucher, or a packet of tickets to use during the event. All volunteers will be entered into a raffle to win a gift card. Winner will be announced here after the event, and will be contacted by the PTA for delivery.
