ice chests, bottled water, bags of ice

Check in Table/Hospitality -volunteers, participants, musicians-

DURING THE FESTIVAL 1:00-3:00 or 3:00-5:00 p.m.

Help with Kidz Korner activities

Monitor bathrooms and trash, clean or empty as needed

Help people feel welcome

Pass out water to our volunteers

Alert the coordinators to issues that come up, monitor the crowds, etc.

Clean Up 4:30-6:30

Large dining tent

Sanctuary- run vacuum and clean/restore for worship
