Large DINING tent 

canopies, chairs and tables

Music/sound set up

Booths, pre-reserved tent spaces  

block off parking, direct traffic

trash cans and extra liners

extra bathroom supplies

ice chests, water stations, bags of ice

Check in Table/Hospitality -volunteers, participants, musicians-

DURING THE FESTIVAL 10:00- 12:30 or 12:30 - 3:00 

Help with Kidz Korner activities

Sell remaining T-shirts $25.00, cash check or Venmo to @Kristi-Chapman-26

Monitor bathrooms and trash, clean or empty as needed

Help people feel welcome

Pass out water to our volunteers

Alert the coordinators to issues that come up, monitor the crowds, etc.

Clean Up  3:00-5:00 p.m.

Large dining tent and crafter tents

Sanctuary- run vacuum and clean/restore for worship
