Teaching

I find teaching to be a highly rewarding experience, and invest significant time and effort to make sure that my teaching is efficient, effective, and inclusive. I am particularly enthusiastic about teaching quantitative methods to undergraduate students.

I have received the John W. Kingdon Teaching Award, which is an annual award given by the Department of Political Science at the University of Michigan to outstanding graduate student instructors. I have also completed the University of Michigan's Graduate Teacher Certificate Program.
