What is a Playbill?

The Playbill is the show "program" that is distributed to theatre guests at every show.  The Playbill is used to showcase the cast, technical crew, production assistants, the director, and other notable mentions.  It also gives information about the show, the director's note, and showcases our Patrons and Sponsors.

What does it mean to be a "Playbill Sponsor"

A Playbill Sponsor donates money to help offset the costs associated with the production of the Playbill.  This includes the licensing costs, graphics, printing, and assembly of the Playbill.  As a Playbill Sponsor, we publish a sponsorship ad** in our show Playbill.

*Sponsorship is valid for the upcoming Fall play or Spring musical.  Sponsorship graphic must be submitted as the correct size, and colored correctly.  If submitting an image for a black & white sponsorship, please ensure your image is already formatted as black & white.  Color images do not always convert to black & white and display effectively when printed.

Playbill Sponsor Options

**The word "ad" is used as a generic term meant to describe a non-promotional recognition of the sponsorship.  The "ad" cannot contain any promotional content mentioning product/service sales or special discounts.  The "ad" may contain a business logo, business contact information (name, address, phone, website, etc.) non-promotional images, and congratulatory messages to the WSHS Theatre production.
