Current Operating Procedure

Heading into the new year of 2022 we are re-evaluating our in store practices.

Our staff is fully vaccinated, but we are still doing what we can to limit exposure and mitigate risk to our customers.

At our showroom...

Our showroom is open for customers, we have downgraded from requiring masks to suggesting them. If there are other clients in the shop at the same time, please be courteous and considerate. We can all progress as we want as long as we are respectful and mindful of each other.

Parking lot pickup is always available. Contact us to coordinate and we will be happy to bring your finished artwork down to you at our parking lot. 513-533-3400 to call the shop to get artwork brought to you.

Payments are available by cash, check, credit, or online portal for credit card payments (processed by Square). When you call or email to schedule pickup, etc, we can determine what is the best method for you.

Delivery and installation...

We are continuing to provide on site assistance with delivery and installation services with the following guidelines.

We are wearing masks continuously for all on site work and maintaining social distance where possible.

Please call and we can determine how to best to schedule, we will determine availability to fulfill your needs.

If you get an answering machine, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. Due to our limited staffing, at present, we are occasionally tied up when calls come in and can't get immediately to the phone.
