COVID-19 UPDATE

Current Operating Procedure

As the days stretch from weeks into months, we are all settling into the uninterrupted steam of daily, "New normal". While the dwindling hope for a pre-holiday season vaccine fades, it's certain that our precautions and care are going to be with us for a while longer.

We continue, as we have back to March, to require masking from all employees at all times and we are all doing daily temperature reading prior to all shifts to assure health.

While we have been strongly encouraging customers wearing masks prior to July, we now are insisting upon it. We are happy to provide a disposable mask for anyone in the shop that does not have their own.

Beyond that, we are doing what we can to limit overlap and exposure. Please limit the number of people in your party when coming to the shop and if possible, reach out to schedule a meeting in advance to reduce the potential of customers being in close proximity.

At our showroom...

Parking lot pickup will be available. Contact us to coordinate and we will be happy to bring your finished artwork down to you at our parking lot. 513-533-3400 to call the shop to get artwork brought to you.

Payments are available by cash, check, credit, or online portal for credit card payments (processed by Square). When you call or email to schedule pickup, etc, we can determine what is the best method for you.

Delivery and installation...

We are continuing to provide on site assistance with delivery and installation services with the following guidelines.

Like in shop appointments, we are wearing masks continuously for all on site work, observing distancing, and hand washing to limit exposure. We are politely requesting that all persons on site be wearing face masks to protect all parties.

Please call and we can determine how to best to schedule, we will determine availability to fulfill your needs.

If you get an answering machine, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. Due to our limited staffing, at present, we are occasionally tied up when calls come in and can't get immediately to the phone.
