Information for Poster Presentations

• Posters can be a maximum of 36 inches high and 48 inches wide (Landscape layout)
• To print your posters in Davis, there is a local kinkos/fedex location:

Information for Talks

• If you do handouts — please print them ahead of the conference (100 copies should be enough)
• If you do presentation slides — make sure all materials for presentations are available on a USB flash drive ; you can also bring your own laptop and dongles/adapters.
