This problem is being actively investigated, but you can try this:
Close the game
Go to your internet browser
Log in to your OpenLoot account
Make sure that you’re logging in the correct OpenLoot account that is not already linked to another WorldShards account.
Launch the game gain and log in to your OpenLoot account in the game
If these methods don't help, proceed to the "How to send game logs" section.
Restart the application.

Completely reinstall the application.
OR
Press Win+R.
Enter regedit.
In the opened window, find the line Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\LowKick\WorldShards.
In the left tree, right-click on the WorldShards folder and delete it.
Restart the application again.

In some cases, moving the 'Big Catch' or 'Three Best Friends' NFTs from the 'In-Game' to the 'Marketplace' collection on your OpenLoot account can fix this error.

Try the VPN proxy software. This method works with Clash of Windows, here is its github link: https://github.com/Z-Siqi/Clash-for-Windows_Chinese
Start by clicking the management button to the right of Service Model, the fifth-to-last option, to install it. Verify that the Earth chart next to the Service Model turns green.
Click the green shield-shaped icon next to the positive fifth "Clash kernal" option (in your interface, it should be a gray image with a question mark, if the green is confirmed, don't click it).
After doing the above steps, turn on TUN mode (fourth from the bottom). And enable VPN System Agent (second to last). Make sure you import a usable VPN subscription in Clash of Windows.
