We want to encourage and enable both new and experienced players to play rugby against similar ability opposition from other clubs. We want all players to enjoy the day in a safe environment.
Please enter into the spirit of the day with lots of positive support for both the players and the officials from all clubs who have volunteered their time and expertise.
A big thank you to Woodbridge School, our Junior Section sponsor, they have sponsored us for many years and we are so grateful for their ongoing support. They have sponsored the mini rugby balls that will be given to each team for their coach to award to their player that has demonstrated the best TREDS values during the festival.
Food and drinks will be available on the day from our clubhouse and barbecue, there is also a cake and sweet stall and coffee is provided by Suffolk Coffee Pod.
Toilets can be found outside the changing rooms and in the main Clubhouse. Our safeguarding representative Adam Lubbock will be in attendance and can be reached on 07502 279497
We will have trained First Aiders on site from Sports Med East, their base will be the physio room in the clubhouse accessed from the terrace. All age groups should bring an appropriately qualified person also.
No studs to be worn in the clubhouse, please encourage players to use the outside toilets.
Team gazebos are welcome and team locations should be to the side of the pitches, please do not block the emergency access or main walkways.
Timings for matches will be published on our website, there will be QR codes located around the pitches and there will be an old school whiteboard by each marshal station for when timings invariably change!
We are a dog friendly club, but please try to leave them at home if you can. If not please keep them on a lead at all times and off the playing areas and make sure you clean up after them.
We have Sam Few Photography in attendance, if there is a child in your squad that cannot be photographed, please make them known to Sam.
