Welcome to WR Nelson PTA!

2026–2027 School Year

Welcome to another exciting year at WR Nelson Elementary! We’re so happy you’re here.

The WR Nelson PTA brings together parents, grandparents, teachers, staff, and community members who share one goal: making a positive difference in the lives of our students and families.

From school assemblies and Family Fun Nights to restaurant fundraisers and special events, we help create meaningful experiences that make our school community stronger. Every little bit of support helps our Nelson Tigers shine!

Get Involved. Make a Difference.

Our PTA is powered by volunteers, and there are so many ways to get involved! Whether you have a little time or a lot, your support makes a difference. You don’t have to volunteer to become a member, and PTA membership is just $10 per year. Members help shape our programs, vote on PTA business, and support activities that benefit our students.

Show Your Tiger Pride!

Tiger Spirit Wear: Youth T-shirts are $10 and adult T-shirts are $12. Students may wear their spirit shirts as part of their uniform, and on Fridays, they may pair them with jeans! Order forms are available in the front office.

Wednesday Paletas: Treat your Tiger to a delicious fruit popsicle for just $2 after school on Wednesdays!

Stay Connected

Join us at our PTA General Association Meetings! All are welcome, and we’d love to see you there. Your voice, ideas, and involvement help make Nelson an even better place for our children.
