What began as a landmark has since become somewhat of a novelty. From maquettes to 3D-printed miniatures, the original Bengal Bronze tiger statue has established itself as a campus icon. This maquette comes from a collection sold by student affairs to fundraise for the full-size statue. Miniature reproductions remain in demand and are accessible through the SHED Makerspace.
Collectible items such as these exemplify the significant impact the tiger statue has as a symbol of student pride and campus spirit.
