This comic and show was created by Alice Oseman. This story follows two teen boys, Nick Nelson (Kit Connor) and Charlie Spring (Joe Locke), who attend the same secondary school and homeroom class. We watch them navigate a new relationship, find labels, and come out in a generally homophobic society, with the effects weighing on the teens. The series will discuss mental health, societal homophobia, eating disorders, and cringeworthy representation in comics.
