Writing Our Own Stories Inc. is committed to amplifying the voices of Black writers and creating a space for our narratives to be told. As members of Writing Our Own Stories Inc. we all have the opportunity to become published in an annual anthology.

On June 30th, we released our DEBUT anthology "For Black Women By Black Women: An Anthology of Lessons Learned". This passion project is a love letter to our SISTAHS! We see you, we love you, we are you and we need you! Our authors have poured their hearts into the messages of this book and have shared life lessons that will help any reader who turns the page.

Purchasing a copy of our book will directly support our authors in the completion of their individual writing projects. All book sales will directly fund our organization's efforts to help aspiring authors become self-published.
