Do I need to book an appointment for a session?

For in person sessions, we accept walk-ins. For online sessions you need to book an appointment through the Penji app.

What is a synchronous session?

A writing specialist will meet with you live over Zoom to discuss your writing in real time.

What is an asynchronous session?

Instead of meeting with a writing specialist over Zoom, a writing specialist will record their feedback in a video and send it to you as a video.
