Welcome to WriteWise Academy! By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services Offered WriteWise Academy provides academic support services, including but not limited to:

• Writing services (Academic Writing, Case Studies, Technical Writing)

• Note-making services

• Editing and proofreading

• Plagiarism and AI detection/removal

3. Eligibility Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and older. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally authorized to engage with our platform.

4. Accuracy of Information Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete details about their projects. WriteWise Academy is not liable for any errors or delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

5. Confidentiality All client information and documents shared with WriteWise Academy will remain confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose client data to third parties without consent.

6. Intellectual Property All deliverables provided by WriteWise Academy are intended for educational and informational purposes only. Clients are prohibited from submitting the work as their own without proper attribution.

7. Payment Terms

• All fees for services must be paid upfront unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Payments can be made via the methods specified on our platform.

• Refunds are subject to our refund policy (see Section 8).

8. Refund Policy Refunds will only be provided under the following conditions:

• The service was not delivered as per the agreed-upon terms.

• The client requests a refund within 3 days of receiving the deliverables. Refunds are not applicable for partially completed or satisfied services.

9. Turnaround Time

• Our delivery timelines are estimates and depend on the complexity and scope of the work.

• Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient client input, are not the responsibility of WriteWise Academy.

10. Quality Assurance We strive to maintain the highest quality standards. If you are dissatisfied with our work, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the deliverables. We will offer revisions to address your concerns.

11. Prohibited Use Clients may not use our services to:

• Engage in illegal activities

• Plagiarize or misrepresent work as their own

• Violate academic integrity policies

12. Limitation of Liability WriteWise Academy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients use our services at their own risk.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions WriteWise Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or on our platform.
