While serving as Editor of Digital Documentation for Pentecostal Theological Seminary (Cleveland, TN), I edited and compiled comprehensive documentation resulting in the reaffirmation of accreditation for the Seminary through the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS).
Additionally, I served as editor of grant reports for the Seminary's Center for Pentecostal Leadership and Care.
While serving Valor Christian College (Columbus, OH), I produced and refined comprehensive documentation resulting in institutional accreditation by the Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE) and the granting of Title IV Federal Student Aid authorization for the college. The Title IV document was lauded by the U.S. Department of Education as a model for other institutions to follow.
My background in higher education, leadership, and publishing has uniquely qualified me to write and develop curriculum:
Fifteen years of experience, teaching and developing courses at the undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate levels.
Managed the publication of over twenty training manuals and three books resourcing over 1,000 senior leaders nationwide.
Developed leadership mentoring curriculum for training emerging leaders in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.
