WristPlot displays selected health metrics, trends over the last seven days, and comparisons with goals you set on Apple Watch. It reads authorized HealthKit information and processes it on your device. It does not write or delete original Health records. It is not intended for diagnosis or treatment.
Available metrics include sleep duration, steps, resting heart rate, body weight, Move, Exercise, Stand, water intake, calorie intake, and wrist temperature. The app requests access needed for your selected metrics. Availability depends on your device, records, permissions, and operating-system restrictions.
After you agree to the initial explanation, WristPlot saves daily display values and necessary information such as record dates, verification times, and aggregation settings for seven calendar days including today. It does not persist raw HealthKit samples. Your metric selection, display order, and goals are also stored locally.
The app and complication share display information in a dedicated on-device container, with file protection and backup exclusion applied. WristPlot does not save health information to iCloud. This does not change Health’s own synchronization settings.
Values outside the seven-day window are excluded from newly generated displays. Expired stored information is cleaned up when the app or complication can next run. Immediate deletion while the operating system prevents execution, or immediate replacement of system-held display images, cannot be guaranteed.
Deleting a record in Health may not immediately remove WristPlot’s saved value. If a query returns no value, the app may continue displaying a saved value within the seven-day window. When a valid corrected value becomes available, it replaces the saved value.
In Settings → More, turn off Data access / storage and confirm to stop reading and displaying health values and clear saved health values in the app. Your metric and goal settings and original Health records remain. Access and storage resume only after you turn the setting on and agree again.
Deselecting a metric also clears its saved history, with confirmation when history exists. Past values that Health no longer provides may not be recoverable after clearing. You can change HealthKit access in Apple’s Health access settings. Changing permission alone may not immediately clear saved values in WristPlot; use the off control above to clear them.
WristPlot has no account registration, advertising, tracking, or independent analytics SDK. It does not send health information from the app to a developer-operated server, sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties. It does not include health values in custom logs.
Apple’s standard App Store, TestFlight, and related services may provide diagnostic information according to your settings and Apple’s terms. This is separate from any independent health-data transmission by WristPlot.
