At CraftzLabs, we keep things simple: we provide the tools to help you navigate, and we stay out of your personal data.
We only access what is strictly necessary to make the app work on your wrist.
Your Speed (Location): The app uses your phone’s GPS to show your current speed on your watch. We do not record or save your travel history.
Your Directions (Notifications): To show "Turn Left" or "Turn Right" on your watch, we read the directions from Google Maps. This stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.
Connecting Your Watch: We use your phone's location permission to find and talk to your smartwatch via Bluetooth.
App Health: we use basic, anonymous technical IDs to manage your subscription and make sure the app doesn't crash.
WristNav is a "bridge" system.
Phone App: Gets the info (speed/directions).
Watch Software: We send that info through your watch's official software (like Zepp or Wear OS).
Watch App: The data is displayed on the WristNav watch app provided by CraftzLabs.
To protect the future of the app and handle technical changes, the following terms apply to all plans, including the Infinity Pass (Lifetime Access):
Developer Rights: CraftzLabs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service (including specific features or the app itself) at any time.
Subscription Management: We reserve the right to cancel or limit access to subscriptions if required by technical constraints, changes in third-party software (like Google Maps or Watch OS), or for legal/security reasons.
The "Infinity Pass": While the Infinity Pass is intended to provide access for the life of the product, "Lifetime" refers to the functional life of the software. If the app can no longer be supported due to external platform changes or service discontinuation, the pass will conclude.
Payments: All billing is handled by the Google Play Store. Cancellations and refunds follow Google’s official policies.
We are independent developers. When you use Google Maps or your watch software, their own privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for how those external companies handle your data.
Road Safety: Never look at your watch if it distracts you from driving or riding. Your safety is more important than the data.
No Guarantees: We provide this app "as-is." We cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or navigation errors that occur while using the app.
