Rose-Marie Blair-Isberg has lived in the Yukon, British Columbia, and Alberta, and is currently living in Atikameg, AB. Rose-Marie works full-time as a teacher on White Fish First Nation land. She is a proud grandmother to Nantsana, Jacob, Daniel, Nints’ia, and Amy Rose. She is also proud wife to Randy Isberg. Her inspiration for being the best that she can be comes from the many people of White River First Nation.
Hayden McHugh is a White River First Nations member who has lived in the Yukon for most of his life. He is currently the mechanical foreman for the Government of Yukon in Dawson City, and he has worked in the leadership role of foreman throughout his 30-year career in the industry. Hayden loves the land, hunting, and fishing. He hopes to represent the White River First Nation to the best of his ability on the appeal board.
Jessica Lott Thompson is a lawyer and election expert who has lived in the Yukon, British Columbia, and Nunavut. She is a former federal criminal prosecutor and former director of the Yukon Human Rights Commission. Since 2020, she has been in private legal practice in human rights, criminal and constitutional law. She is a sessional instructor at the University of Victoria Faculty of Law, and regularly works as a legal expert on international election monitoring teams around the world for the OSCE Office of Democratic Institutions and Human Rights. She currently lives in coastal BC with her partner and four children.
