Current Projects

How does WRE choose which projects to take on?

Part of the foundation of Working for Racial Equality is the belief that solutions come from the people experiencing discrimination. We look to the leadership of people who are directly impacted by discrimination to determine which projects WRE will work on. With members from both marginalized and majority populations, we have two basic goals: to take action against discrimination and to build allyship. As members of marginalized communities, we bring solutions. As members of dominant populations, we ally with those of us who experience discrimination, centering the voices and leadership of marginalized people.

We welcome all people to join our efforts. Please contact us through our email workingforracialequality@gmail.com

Meetings are open to the public.
